14 Oversized RV Pads

Our 14 pads are built to accommodate the longest and widest rigs on the road today. Whether you have a 45-foot fifth wheel, a Class A diesel pusher with full slide-outs, or a large travel trailer, there is room to spread out. Each pad has space for outdoor furniture, a vehicle, and a comfortable outdoor living area.

Gated & Secure Community

Caney Trails is a gated community. Only residents and approved guests have access to the property. This provides peace of mind, privacy, and a consistent quality of life that open campgrounds simply cannot match.

40 Acres on Lake Palestine

The resort occupies 40 acres of prime East Texas land adjacent to Lake Palestine. Enjoy walking access to the lake — the property borders Lake Palestine and residents can walk through the natural wooded landscape to the water’s edge for bank fishing and nature walks. Public boat ramps are available nearby for launching a boat. The natural setting provides stunning sunrises, abundant wildlife, and the peace and quiet that define life at Caney Trails.
