Caney Trails RV Resort offers competitive long-term monthly rates for mature adults seeking a permanent or extended RV home in East Texas. Our pricing is structured for residents, not short-term campers.
3-Month Minimum Stay Required
All reservations require a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures the stability and community quality our residents value. Short-term, nightly, or weekend stays are not available.
What Is Included in Your Monthly Rate
- Water hookup
- Sewer hookup
- High-speed internet access
- Gated community access & security
- Access to 40-acre property and Lake Palestine proximity
- On-site laundry — Self-service washateria with washers & dryers on-site (pay per load)
Note: Electric service (30/50 amp hookups at every site) is metered and billed separately each month based on your actual usage. All other utilities listed above are included in the monthly rate.
Corporate & Multi-Pad Discounts
We offer special discount rates for construction companies and corporate clients reserving multiple pads for work crews. These arrangements are handled directly and priced based on the number of pads, duration, and project needs. Learn more about workforce housing options.
